His proposals include increasing broadcast revenue, making the Süper Lig more valuable abroad, creating new sponsorship models, and growing clubs' international marketing income. Saying "We now have to discuss the foreign player rule in Turkish football not only from a sporting perspective but also based on the damage it causes to clubs' balance sheets," Gündüz advocated for increasing incentives for clubs that develop players for the national team and export them to Europe.
He expressed that playing Turkish players must be made economically beneficial for club presidents. Gündüz stressed that the value of assets held by Turkish clubs belongs to all of Turkish football, not just Fenerbahçe, Galatasaray, Beşiktaş, or Trabzonspor. He said Turkish football needs more production, infrastructure investment, higher broadcast revenue, stronger marketing, and correct economic incentives.
